The Centre Multi-Écoute is a centre for listening, psychosocial support, and individual referrals. It provides confidential and anonymous counselling services based on active listening, and welcomes immigrants and newcomers, supporting them in their efforts to integrate into Quebec society.
The Centre Multi-Écoute aims to:

- Provide active listening to those who need help, someone to talk to, or someone to confide in—encouraging participants to express their feelings and needs so they feel heard and understood.
- Offer short- and medium-term psychosocial follow-up for participants who wish to set goals and work toward improving their well-being and living conditions.
- Inform and refer participants to local resources to enhance the steps taken at the Centre.
- Help immigrants and newcomers adapt to and integrate more easily into the host society.
