Through active listening, the telephone helpline and self-help groups are designed to help you:
- Express your emotional pain as freely as possible
- Break your isolation
- Reduce your anxiety or distress
- Alleviate confusion or ambivalence
- Explore, identify, and—when possible—release your emotions
- Get connected with other relevant resources

Services are available seven days a week, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Open to anyone experiencing psychological difficulties.
Self-Help Groups
These groups are for anyone concerned about their mental health and interested in mutual support, sharing experiences, conversation, and participating in group activities. It’s a weekly opportunity to connect and grow together.
