Action Santé de Pointe Saint-Charles

Action Santé de Pointe Saint-Charles is a non-profit organization that has been serving the community since 1974 as a self-help and peer support group for adults living with mental health challenges. The organization’s mission is to help participants remain in the community by offering a welcoming environment centered on dignity, compassion, and support—both moral and material. The space is designed to help individuals navigate periods of crisis, isolation, and psychological distress, and provides participants with a network of human connection and care. The main activities include support groups, training and informational workshops, community meals, leisure activities, one-one-one listening and conversation, social outings, etc.
