The Centre responds to anyone experiencing psychological distress, with or without a diagnosed mental health condition, who reaches out for help.
In collaboration with the person seeking assistance, a counsellor identifies the type of support that will be most beneficial based on their current situation.
Among its services, the Centre offers on-site crisis intervention and post-crisis follow-up.
Services are available in both English and French.
