Mission

To provide active listening services to individuals aged 18 and over who need to talk about their experiences and release emotional burdens—supporting them in finding their own solutions. Referrals are offered when needed.

Active listening is anonymous, confidential, and free of charge, available 365 days a year from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Bereavement Line (for grieving adults): 1-888-533-3845

Telephone follow-up is available for vulnerable and isolated seniors, under specific conditions.
