Mission
Relax-Action is a community-based organization dedicated to supporting individuals aged 17 and over who are living with mental health challenges. Its mission is to help improve their quality of life and guide them toward a greater sense of well-being.
This support is offered through individual follow-up and group workshops.
Relax-Action serves the boroughs of Montréal-Nord, Ahuntsic-Cartierville, and Saint-Laurent. All services are provided free of charge.
