Maison le Parcours operates several service points:
Petite-Patrie apartments (In partnership with the Institut universitaire en santé mentale de Montréal – IUSMM)
These apartments offer a rehabilitation and social reintegration program aimed at fostering residents’ autonomy by developing life skills in various areas. Participation is voluntary; clients must agree to daily support and supervision and commit actively to their recovery journey. Follow-ups are personalized based on each individual’s strengths, needs, and abilities.
Staff are present 15 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Parcours Supervised Apartments
(In partnership with the Institut universitaire en santé mentale de Montréal – IUSMM)
These apartments are intended for individuals requiring less intensive daily supervision. The approach focuses on empowerment, prevention, skill-building, and maintaining progress. Support is adapted to individual needs.
Staff are present 69 hours per week, 7 days a week.

Habitations des Carrières (Financed by the SHQ, the City of Montreal, with support from the OMHM)
This 28-room social housing project provides affordable housing with community support for autonomous adults with mental health issues who are at risk of homelessness. The goal is to offer a harmonious living environment that supports personal progress and stability.

La Nouvelle Maison
(In partnership with the Institut universitaire en santé mentale de Montréal – IUSMM)
This 9-bed group home serves a mixed adult population with significant mental health needs requiring high levels of supervision. Interventions are tailored to each resident to ensure lasting stability in the community. There is no predetermined length of stay—residents may remain as long as their needs align with the level of care provided.
Staff are on-site 24/7 to ensure smooth operations and meet the specific needs of each resident.
