To offer a range of group therapies and individual sessions aimed at promoting psychological, emotional, and psychosocial well-being through various forms of expression.

The therapies offered by the Centre encourage individuals to express their thoughts, experiences, and emotions through a variety of means, including discussion, visual arts, writing, movement, music, and theatre.
