Mission

To provide employment opportunities for individuals living with mental health challenges in a supportive and empowering environment. Through this approach, the organization aims to help participants enhance their work skills and self-esteem, gain valuable job experience, and contribute to the well-being of society—all while remaining connected to their community.

The Équipe Entreprise program has a dual purpose:

To create employment for individuals affected by mental illness
To provide the community with quality goods and services at an affordable cost

The organization notably prepares healthy frozen meals for seniors.
