Mission
The organization promotes mutual support, as well as the social and socio-professional reintegration of independent individuals aged 18 and over who are living with mental health challenges. This is achieved through the organization and delivery of activities that address members’ needs in areas such as personal growth, education, health, leisure, and socialization—while also acknowledging their desire for social and professional recognition.

Entraide Saint-Michel strives to be a meaningful and inspiring gathering place for its members. Since 1999, its approach and values have built a strong reputation and contributed to its continued success—both among participants and within the broader community, including its valued donors.

Day Center: The organization supports mutual aid and reintegration for independent adults aged 18 and over, who live with mild, moderate, or severe mental health conditions. Activities are designed to meet their needs in areas such as personal development, education, health, recreation, and social interaction—while also fostering social and professional recognition.

Social Housing: The organization offers affordable, subsidized residential units for independent individuals living with mental health issues.
