Mission

To offer support services to individuals in suicidal crisis, their families and friends, those bereaved by suicide, and support workers.

Our team includes professional counselors and around 150 volunteers, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the 1 866 APPELLE hotline (available throughout Quebec) or 514 723-4000 (Montreal).
