Arc-en-ciel (L’)

With the aim of supporting individuals who are navigating spiritual crises, seeking greater well-being, or searching for meaning and self-discovery, L’Arc-en-ciel offers awareness-raising activities (café-rêves, guided meditation, etc.), a listening service, individual coaching, workshops, and training courses that provide tools to promote well-being, self-knowledge and self-esteem, stress management, interpersonal communication, self-confidence, and openness to others. L’Arc-en-ciel forms and supports groups that share and help each other on their inner journey, responds to the specific needs of people in spiritual crisis, and trains facilitators and volunteers who, in turn, support those on a similar path. The organization also offers individuals and groups accommodation in a place that fosters rest, renewal, and self-connection.
